At Shafaf, we strive to deliver every order with the highest standards of quality and care. Please read our Cancellation & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, and we offer hassle-free cancellations before dispatch.

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our fulfilment centre.
  • Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, contact our customer support immediately with your Order ID.
  • Approved pre-dispatch cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchange Policy

Shafaf follows a limited exchange policy due to the personal and delicate nature of jewellery and accessories.

Eligible for Exchange

An exchange is available only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong item different from what you ordered.

Not Eligible for Exchange

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Personal style or preference.
  • Size or fit issues, as the items are adjustable and free size.
  • Minor variations in colour or finish due to photography or screen settings.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, you must:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your Order ID.
  3. Provide clear unboxing photos and a continuous unboxing video showing the issue.

Claims submitted after 24 hours or without valid proof may not be accepted.

Quality Verification

All exchange requests are reviewed by our quality assurance team. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose a full refund.
